Dan Hull
PE Principal/Owner
Bio
Dan Hull is a proud Colorado native. He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in May 2000 and obtained his PE license shortly after. Dan’s Engineering work includes positions at Pickett Engineering Inc, Lamp Rynearson & Associates, Olsson Associates and most recently at his own company, LandOne Engineering. Dan’s passion for his field of work fuels the company and he thoroughly enjoys the relationships and challenges that come with it. He’s determined to create a new breed of engineering that will provide increased flexibility and mobility with web-based applications and dispersed locations. Dan enjoys spending time in the outdoors and exploring new places. Dan is a father and grandfather and plans to retire, one day, in Colorado.
Layne Libal
EI Associate Engineer
Bio
Layne grew up in Loveland Colorado and worked as an Electrician in Northern Colorado prior to attending college at the University of Wyoming where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2019. He began his civil engineering career with an outstanding team at LandOne Engineering in July 2020. He hopes to continue learning and working in the engineering industry and one day earn his PE license in the coming years.
David Mann
EI Associate Engineer
Bio
David grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, but now resides in Fort Collins. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. His work experience is in municipal design and land development projects for Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood in Birmingham, but he is excited for new challenges in Colorado and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of LandOne. David looks forward to pursuing his PE License in the coming years.
Ngawang Sherpa
EI Associate Engineer
Bio
Ngawang was born and raised in the City of Kathmandu, Nepal, but has been living in Colorado for the past five years. He is an Associate Engineer with LandOne Engineering in Greeley, Colorado. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Metropolitan State University of Denver in May of 2020 and a few months after that got his Engineer Intern (EI) Certification. He is currently pursuing his PE. Ngawang is dedicated to professional development and is excited for his future with LandOne as he continues to learn and grow. Ngawang enjoys his spare time travelling and exploring new places. He plans to trek all the way up to Everest Base Camp in the near future.
Morgan Clements
EI Associate Engineer
Bio
Morgan is a recent Colorado transplant, born and raised in Maine. She graduated from The University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2017. Her previous 3 years of experience was at a civil and structural engineering firm called Baker Design Consultants, focusing on coastal projects. Morgan is a lifelong learner who works hard to expand her skillsets to provide quality service to LandOne clients. She is currently pursuing her PE. Morgan enjoys spending her time outside of the office hiking, skiing, and exploring the beautiful state of Colorado. She is also a classical musician and participates in a local Concert Band.
Jennilinn Watson
EI Associate Engineer
Bio
Jennilinn was born and raised in Fort Collins and now lives in Greeley. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She is prideful in delivering excellent work and always open to learning something new every day. Outside of work, Jennilinn enjoys spending time with her family traveling. When the snow falls, she loves to be in the mountains snowboarding with friends. She loves adventure and hopes to travel more in the future.
Kelvin Wiese
Senior Project Designer
Bio
While staying local to Northern Colorado where he got his certification in computer-aided design. Over the past 20 years in the civil field, Kelvin has worked in both the public and private sectors. Being a jack of all trades Kelvin has experience in transportation/roundabout design, water/water rights, open pit mining, and stream restoration. In Northern Colorado, he is an expert in commercial, residential, and oil and gas projects.
Bailey Hull

Bio
Bailey was born and raised in Colorado, enjoying everything it has to offer. She enjoys the outdoors and family time. She has a beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Luci, and new baby Paisley, who keeps her busy while not at work. She has a passion for agriculture and anything with animals.
