Dan Hull
PE Principal/Owner
Bio
Dan Hull is a proud Colorado native. He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in May 2000 and obtained his PE license shortly after. Dan’s Engineering work includes positions at Pickett Engineering Inc, Lamp Rynearson & Associates, Olsson Associates and most recently at his own company, LandOne Engineering. Dan’s passion for his field of work fuels the company and he thoroughly enjoys the relationships and challenges that come with it. He’s determined to create a new breed of engineering that will provide increased flexibility and mobility with web-based applications and dispersed locations. Dan enjoys spending time in the outdoors and exploring new places. Dan is a father and grandfather and plans to retire, one day, in Colorado.
Sam Boyd
PE Project Engineer
Bio
Sam grew up in the mountain community of Eagle, Colorado, and now calls Cheyenne, Wyoming home. A proud graduate of the University of Wyoming, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering along with a minor in Mathematics, building a strong technical foundation that drives his work today.
In 2025, Sam achieved a significant professional milestone by earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license in both Colorado and Wyoming, a credential that underscores his expertise and versatility in serving clients across state lines. His dual licensure reflects not only his technical proficiency, but also his commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions throughout the region.
With roots in Colorado and strong ties to Wyoming, Sam brings a unique perspective to his projects; bridging local knowledge, regional understanding, and professional excellence to help communities and clients succeed.
Jennilinn Watson
EI Associate Engineer II
Bio
Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, Jennilinn now calls Eaton home. She is a graduate of Colorado State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Jennilinn is committed to delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work that meets the unique needs of each project. With a mindset of continual growth, she embraces every opportunity to expand her knowledge and technical skills; bringing fresh insight and adaptability to the land development process. Her dedication, collaborative approach, and passion for excellence make her an invaluable contributor to projects that shape and strengthen communities
Nerilson Cassanga
Associate Engineer
Bio
Originally from Angola, located in west-central Africa along the South Atlantic coast, Nerilson moved to the United States in 2015 to pursue his education and career in engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Tyler, building a solid foundation in technical expertise and problem-solving.
An enthusiastic and driven professional, Nerilson embraces every opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects. He values LandOne Engineering’s strong multicultural environment and its commitment to providing equal opportunities for diverse professionals. His global perspective, adaptability, and dedication to excellence make him a valuable member of the team and an asset to the clients and communities LandOne serves.
Garrett Shutt
CAD Designer
Bio
Garrett grew up in Brighton, Colorado, and now resides in Wiggins with his wife, Bailey, and their two daughters, Luci and Paisley. Bringing a construction background in oil and gas and a deep knowledge of stormwater management and reclamation, Garrett offers practical, field-tested expertise that enhances the design process.
As a CAD Designer with LandOne Engineering, he is committed to producing accurate, efficient, and buildable plans that support successful project delivery. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication to quality, Garrett is eager to continue learning, growing, and contributing to LandOne’s mission for years to come.

Dietrich Bohlmann
Associate Engineer

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Dietrich answered the call of the mountains and relocated to Colorado to pursue his passion for engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, building a strong academic foundation for his professional career.
Known for his diligent work ethic and eagerness to learn, Dietrich approaches every project as an opportunity to expand his skills and contribute to meaningful outcomes. As he begins his career with LandOne Engineering, he brings fresh perspective, technical training, and a drive to help deliver innovative civil engineering solutions that make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
Koleka Escritor
Office Manager
Bio
Koleka, originally from the beautiful islands of Hawaii, made an exciting leap to Colorado to chase new professional adventures! With her degree in Business Administration and Accounting, she’s already made waves in the oil and gas industry for twelve years before joining the fantastic team at LandOne Engineering. Koleka loves the outdoors and photography. She's married, a mother of three and a proud grandmother of 11 wonderful grandchildren!
