LandOne Engineering, LLC was founded in February of 2017, by Dan Hull who is the Principal and Owner. Dan has been working in Northern Colorado for over 20 years on numerous land development projects. After realizing his strong passion for Land Development and wanting to focus on clients’ needs, it seemed like the next natural step for him was to open his own engineering firm.

 

We understand how times have changed and engineering is evolving. One of those evolutions is the need to be mobile. The virtual office gives our team the ability to access our files remotely, and be responsive to our clients when they need us most. The use of web-based software and cloud-based storage allows us access to projects from any location. We are able to react immediately to your needs.
